Not sure what size roll is right for your machine?  Don't worry, it's a very common problem.  Here are a few suggestions:

1) First - Identify what type of paper it is:
Thermal feels slick, Will mark with a rapid fingernail scratch.  Printer does not require an ink ribbon.
1Ply/Bond – Feels more like “normal” paper, Requires an ink ribbon

2) Google it!  Nine times out of ten if you search your printer brand name and model number the size can be found in the results.  (Hint: Include "paper" in the search term to get the most relevant results.)

3) Measure it!  Use a ruler to measure the width of the paper, then measure the outside diameter.  Here are a few of the outside diameters of products that can be found on our site:
