Returns

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order to receive a full product replacement or refund.  (Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee may apply.)

Please contact us to arrange a return. Returns must have prior authorization.  Your return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.  In most cases, the customer will be responsible for paying return freight.  In case of a shipping error on our part, you will most likely be provided with a pre-paid return label to send back the item(s) and you will be issued a replacement.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will ship to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Please do not enter a P.O. Box as your shipping address.  If a P.O. box is listed as a shipping address, we will contact you for an alternate address.  If we do not receive a response within a week, your order will be cancelled.

At present, we are only able to ship to the 48 contiguous United States.  If you need a product to be shipped outside of this range, please check out our products listed here and here.  If you need information on shipping outside of these areas, please contact us for a quote.  If an order is placed outside of these guidelines, the order will be cancelled and monies refunded.
